How to measure your wrist
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist, just below the bone, without pulling tight. If you don't have a tape measure, use a piece of ribbon or string, mark the meeting point, and measure it against a ruler. Add 1 cm (0.4 inches) to your measurement for a classic, comfortable fit.

Yes, entirely. Lab-grown diamonds are physically, chemically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. They are comprised of pure crystalline carbon, share the definitive Mohs 10 hardness rating, and possess the exact same refractive light qualities. Every diamond commission is accompanied by official IGI grading certificates.
How long does a bespoke creation take to be delivered?
As each piece is masterfully made-to-order and tailored around your personal dimensions, production takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks within our high-precision technical goldsmith atelier in South Korea. Following rigorous quality inspection, your piece is dispatched via overnight, fully insured priority carrier.
Can I combine different metals, stones, or custom gem colors?
Absolutely. There are no structural or design boundaries within our atelier. You are invited to completely dictate your setting parameters—whether alternating white moissanite profiles with lab-grown pink sapphires, deep emeralds, or fiery rubies, set across fine 925 Sterling Silver or heavy 14K and 18K solid gold alloys.
How is the final pricing for a bespoke piece calculated?
We manage our private commissions with absolute commercial transparency. Your quotation is calculated line-by-line based purely on the physical weight of the precious metal used, the total carat parameters of your selected gems, and the exact artisan bench hours required by our stone setters. There are no synthetic luxury premiums applied.
What is the return policy for custom and made-to-order items?
Because custom bespoke items and custom color sequences are crafted explicitly around your distinct wrist, finger, or neckline proportions, they cannot be returned or exchanged. To ensure absolute satisfaction, our engineering team supplies an accurate, high-fidelity 3D rendering for your formal sign-off before any raw materials are touched.
How do payments work for individual custom commissions?
Bespoke creations are executed under a strict, premium terms framework. Following design confirmation, orders are initiated upon a partial upfront production deposit. The remaining balance is only cleared once your jewelry is complete, shortly before secure transit. All transactions are routed through fully encrypted, high-security legal banking pathways.
